Refund Policy

ProcessMyOrder, referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” manages the platform https://processmyorder.com, herein referred to as the “Website,” “Service.”

Refund

This Policy sets out the conditions under which a refund may be requested and the circumstances in which it may be granted.

Chargeback

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a payment with your card issuer and the issuer reverses the transaction. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account. Any fees, penalties, or costs incurred as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes are your responsibility.

Payment Model

Our Website operates on a subscription-based model, where you pay a recurring fee for access to Services over a defined billing period.

Subscription

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will no longer have access to the Services, and no further charges will apply.

Please note that inactivity or lack of use of the Service is not a valid reason for a refund. Once a Subscription is activated, full access to the Services is granted, regardless of whether or how often they are used. If you no longer wish to use the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel your Subscription before renewal.

Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund. Eligible users may request a refund by contacting our Support Team.

Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, the Company will generally process it within three (3) business days. The Company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any bank service issues.

Please note that refund processing depends on the payment date and in some cases may have a sharply increased likelihood of experiencing some issue. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, as such refunds are processed by independent payment card network processors, which have their own rules. Therefore, we cannot handle your refund in such a case.

In general refunds are available within six months of the original transaction date. You are not entitled to a refund if the refund period has expired. Money can be returned to the original payment method that was used.

For the same reason, it is also not possible to route a refund from one payment method to another one (e.g., to a new credit card at a different company).

Account Deletion

You may request to delete your account at any time by clicking the deactivate button in your account settings. Please note that account deletion does not entitle you to a refund.

Before permanent deletion, there is a 14-day deactivation window, during which your account remains temporarily inactive. This period allows you to reconsider reactivation. If you have any funds remaining, you must contact our Support Team during this 14-day window.

If your account is suspended or deactivated due to a violation of our policies, you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for unused Services, account content, or data.

Account deletion is permanent. If you later decide to use the Service again, you will need to create a new account.

Payment Services

We use third-party payment service providers to process transactions. All payments are secured using encryption and processed by these providers directly. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

You acknowledge and agree that billing information (such as credit card details) provided for payments or subscriptions is collected and processed solely by our third-party payment providers. The Company does not collect, store, or process this billing information.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure by third parties to adequately protect such information. Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers, in addition to this Refund Policy.

We may, from time to time, change our payment providers. If so, your information may be securely transferred to a new provider that uses SSL encryption or comparable security technologies.
